Festivaletteratura turns thirty. Laboratorio has been a sponsor of the festival since its first openings, and this year again welcomes visitors in one of the kermesse's main squares, from September 9 to 13.
Three ways to experience Laboratorio during the festival: at the table, with full restaurant service; at the window, with small cocktail-bar plates; at the stand in the square, with pita and fries.
Booking is recommended for those who want a table.
